Holdall (Patchwork Kit)

The Holdall (Patchwork Kit) is a continuation of our collaboration with Project Vermont, led by Lise-Anne Cooledge, whose work focuses on minimizing waste and reimagining leftover materials through community workshops and small-batch production.

Each tote is sewn from panels of flannel saved from the factory floor. This flannel is too beautiful to let go to waste - every offcut finds a new purpose here.

Because of the patchwork process and varied scrap sizes, no two are alike — each one carries subtle differences that reflect the human hands and inherently variable process behind it.

Compact but capable: ready for overnight trips, backseat gear, or whatever ends up in the carry-on.

Good materials deserve a second life.
