Returns & Exchanges
As a small business (truly - one person, with the help of some great friends, family, and fellow New Englanders), managing returns and exchanges takes real care and coordination. That said, it’s also important to us that customers feel good about their purchases and put our products to use for years to come. Each piece we create is made with care and attention to detail, but we understand that sometimes the fit just isn’t quite right, or for whatever reason, it just ain’t it.
We accept returns for all full-priced items purchased online for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and without alterations. Sale items, gift cards, and some limited-edition pieces will be clearly labeled as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
